Mint Project

A fresh twist on your daily coffee. Mint Project pairs Ethiopian Chelbesa with a distinctive mint infusion - a strictly limited release from our Flavor Project for drinkers who enjoy discovering something unexpected.

From Ephtah in Yirgacheffe, Ethiopia, this washed coffee brings together varieties 74110 and 74112, grown at 2150-2200 m.a.s.l. The mint infusion adds another dimension to its floral, fruity character. This is an infused coffee, not simply a coffee with a mint tasting note.

In the cup

Mint leads the way, followed by delicate green tea and a bright lift of orange. A light body, gentle acidity and balanced sweetness give the cup an elegant, refreshing character. Each sip invites you to follow the flavours from the first mint-led impression to the citrus finish.

Omni-roasted for both filter and espresso, Mint Project is made for exploration: brew it your way and discover the expression you enjoy most. Available in 200 g packs, whole bean or ground for your brewer.

How to brew

Filter: start with 15 g of coffee to 250 g of water at 92-94°C. Aim for a total brew time of 2:45-3:15.

Espresso: start with 18 g of coffee in and 36-40 g of espresso out in 26-30 seconds. Adjust the grind to taste.
