About this coffee

Granja El Paraíso-92 is an award-winning family farm in Colombia, renowned for combining exceptional coffee varieties with precise, innovative cultivation. Java, Pink Bourbon, Geisha, Pacamara, Caturra and other cultivars are grown on terraces with drip irrigation, shade management and laboratory-guided nutrition.

The farm operates its own microbiology and quality-control laboratories, as well as an on-site processing facility. Each lot begins with rigorous cherry selection, sterilisation and characterisation, followed by controlled anaerobic fermentation with process-specific microorganisms. After pulping, the coffee undergoes a second fermentation before hot- and cold-water sealing helps preserve and enhance its distinctive sensory profile.

In the cup: lollipop sweetness, nectarine, black currant and blueberry, with a light, juicy body. A vivid, candy-like filter coffee for special moments.

How to brew

Filter: 15 g of coffee to 250 g of water (1:16) at 92–94 °C; total brew time around 2:45–3:15 on V60, Kalita or AeroPress.

Single-origin specialty Arabica, roasted by Wave Coffee Roasters in Portugal.
