Wave Rewards: Loyalty Programme Terms

Wave Rewards is the loyalty programme of Wave Coffee Roasters. Earn Waves every time you buy coffee from us and use them as a discount on your next order.

How it works

  • Earn: 10 Waves for every €1 spent on coffee and drip bags. That is 10% back.
  • Redeem: 100 Waves = €1 off your next order.
  • Refer a friend: your friend gets €4 off their first order, and you get €4 off when they place it.

Open the Rewards button in the bottom corner of any page to join, check your balance and redeem Waves.

Who can take part

  • Wave Rewards is open to retail customers who buy on waveroasters.com.
  • You earn Waves on every eligible order, even as a guest. To see your balance and redeem Waves, sign in to or create a customer account with the same email address you used for your order.
  • Wholesale and other business orders are not part of the programme.

Earning Waves

  • Waves are calculated on the amount you pay for the products in your order: shipping, taxes and discounts are not included.
  • Only full euros count. For example, a €19.50 bag earns 190 Waves.
  • Waves are added to your account once your order is paid.
  • Professional equipment, spare parts and gift cards do not earn Waves.
  • If an order is cancelled, refunded or returned, in whole or in part, the related Waves may be removed from your balance.

Redeeming Waves

  • You can redeem from 500 Waves (€5) per order.
  • When you redeem, you receive a one-time discount code for your next online order. Use it at checkout.
  • Rewards and discount codes cannot be exchanged for cash, cannot be transferred to another person and usually cannot be combined with other discount codes.
  • A discount code cannot be used for professional equipment or wholesale orders.

Referrals

  • Share your personal referral link from the Rewards panel.
  • Your friend receives €4 off a first order of €16 or more. You receive a €4 discount code once their order is placed.
  • Referrals must be genuine new customers. Self-referrals and referrals of existing customers do not count.

Fair use

We may cancel Waves or rewards and close a Wave Rewards account if we see misuse, fraud or breach of these terms, for example multiple accounts or fake referrals.

Changes to the programme

We may change these terms, the earning and redemption rates, or end the programme. We will tell you on this page and give reasonable notice before any change that reduces your Waves. If the programme ends, you will have at least 30 days to redeem your existing Waves.

Your data

Wave Rewards runs on Smile.io, which processes your name, email address and order information on our behalf to manage your balance and rewards. Read more in our Privacy Policy.

Who runs the programme

Wave Rewards is run by Burgo Aromatico Torrefacção de Café Unipessoal, LDA, trading as Wave Coffee Roasters, NIF 518217876, Portugal. These terms are part of our Terms of Service and are governed by Portuguese law. Your rights as a consumer are not affected.
