Return Policy 

1. Contractual right of cancellation

1.1. The Company grants Users a contractual right to cancel the purchase and return Products within 14 days of concluding the contract.

1.2. The User must cover the costs of returning the merchandise. The Products must imperatively be returned in its original wrapping, intact and accompanied by all accessories, instruction leaflets and documents. The return of a visibly used or manipulated Products nullifies this right. If this happens to be the case, the Company reserves the right to refuse reimbursement to the User.

1.3. Whenever possible, the return must be made by the same payment method, but if this is not possible, the User must present proof of payment and account or card ownership, so that the return can be made by bank transfer.

1.4. The Company undertakes to reimburse the User within a maximum period of 14 days after receipt the returnable Products in a salable condition.
