About this coffee
Banana Biscuits is a Typica microlot from Los Nogales farm in Bruselas, Pitalito, in the Huila department of Colombia, grown above 1900 m.a.s.l. The coffee is fermented before washing, a step that adds tropical fruit and sweetness while keeping the cup clean.
In the cup: banana, papaya and red grapes. A limited, premium filter coffee, presented in a 150 g glass jar that keeps the beans fresh and makes a beautiful gift.
How to brew
Filter: 15 g of coffee to 250 g of water (1:16) at 92–94 °C; total brew time around 2:45–3:15 on V60, Kalita or AeroPress.
Single-origin specialty Arabica, roasted by Wave Coffee Roasters in Portugal.
