About this coffee

Ethiopia Chelbesa is a washed coffee from Yirgacheffe, one of Ethiopia's most celebrated coffee regions. The 74110 and 74112 varieties grow at 2150–2200 m.a.s.l., where cool nights slow cherry ripening and build delicate aromatics.

In the cup: apricot jam, Earl Grey and orange blossom. An elegant, floral and tea-like Yirgacheffe for filter brewing.

How to brew

Filter: 15 g of coffee to 250 g of water (1:16) at 92–94 °C; total brew time around 2:45–3:15 on V60, Kalita or AeroPress.

Single-origin specialty Arabica, roasted by Wave Coffee Roasters in Portugal.
