Juicy Infusion is my personal playground for coffee experiments — a method where classic quality meets bold creativity. At its core is a washed Ethiopian coffee from Chelbesa, known for its bright acidity, floral aromatics, and clean sweetness. To this elegant base, I add a certified organic, food-grade mint extract, carefully dosed to enhance, not overpower, the cup. The result is a juicy, refreshing profile: think jasmine and citrus wrapped in a cool, minty finish. This is a strictly limited micro-lot: only 6 bags of 200 g each.
