Farm/Farmer Las Flores & Diviso

About this coffee

Las Moras is a high-scoring regional washed coffee from Finca Las Flores and Finca El Diviso in Huila, Colombia. The lot unites cherries from two family-run farms recognised for quality, traceability and innovative post-harvest practices.

Finca Las Flores, led by the Vergara family, has produced specialty coffee since 1990. Finca El Diviso, managed by Néstor and Adrián Lasso, combines family heritage with a modern, quality-driven approach.

Grown at high altitude and processed with care, this washed coffee reveals a refined floral elegance, bright cherry-like sweetness and a delicate, layered finish.

In the cup: florals, juicy cherry, pink pepper, apricot seed and dried strawberry. Roasted for espresso — a balanced, lively shot that also shines in milk drinks.

How to brew

Espresso: 18 g in, 36–40 g out in 26–30 seconds; adjust the grind to taste.

Single-origin specialty Arabica, roasted by Wave Coffee Roasters in Portugal.
