Juicy Infusion — Lavender Project
Lavender Project is my way of turning a classic Ethiopian washed coffee into something more expressive and atmospheric. It starts with a carefully chosen lot from Ethiopia Buture, selected for its clean structure, floral character, and natural sweetness. Using my Juicy Infusion approach, I add a certified food-grade organic lavender extract to create a coffee that feels elegant, aromatic, and quietly surprising.
In the cup, expect delicate floral notes, soft sweetness, and a refined lavender finish that brings a calming twist to Buture’s bright washed profile. This is a limited lot, and every project in the Own Projects series is unique and one of a kind — never repeated, never exactly the same.
