Colombia Lychee Breeze Drip Bag

A distinctive coffee from Finca El Paraíso, ready to brew wherever you have a cup and hot water. Each individual drip bag contains 14 g of ground coffee — no grinder needed.

Lychee leads, followed by strawberry, candy-like sweetness and floral notes, with lively acidity and a light, clean body.

Lot YN-09 is a Castillo coffee grown at 1960 m.a.s.l. at Finca El Paraíso in Piendamó, Colombia. Carefully selected cherries undergo two stages of anaerobic fermentation, each lasting 48 hours at 18°C: first as whole cherries, then after pulping in their mucilage with Lactobacillus added. Thermal shock washing at 45°C followed by 5°C completes the washing process.

The coffee is dried for 28 hours with recirculated air at 40°C and 25% relative humidity to 10–11% moisture, then packed in GrainPro and rested for 15 days before final milling and sorting.
