About this coffee

Brazil Dulces Sueños is a comforting decaf from Paraná, Brazil. It is decaffeinated with the CO2 method, which uses natural carbon dioxide instead of chemical solvents and helps keep the coffee's natural sweetness and character.

In the cup: caramelised sugar, plum jam and milk chocolate, with a full body and very soft acidity. Roasted for espresso, it pulls a sweet, round shot and pairs beautifully with milk — a decaf for any time of day.

How to brew

Espresso: 18 g in, 36–40 g out in 26–30 seconds; adjust the grind to taste.
